Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloads, toolkits, guides), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product is delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your product, please contact justingnaidoo@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll assist you.

Coaching Services

• 1:1 Sessions: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

• Coaching Packages: Refunds are not available after the first session. If you are unsatisfied after your first session, contact us within 3 days for a partial refund of unused sessions.
